Here's the newest addition to Sparky's Hawaii Dream. It already is landscaped and to the marvel of all the neighbors it is moving along quite rapidly (it sometimes takes YEARS for the builders to finish homes on the island!) The view is breathtaking with Mountain/jungle views. The landscape is fabulous! The rock walls all around the property are all from boulders he dug out as he was excavating the property! He has the trees and grass planted which really beautifies the construction zone. It's quite magnificent! I was amazed to see how fast the grass grows. The first week we were there they were getting the septic system in and buried. He planted grass over the area that was dug up and we saw an inch of grass within one week! Crazy! No wonder the upkeep is so demanding. If you let it go for any amount of time, you can't keep up with it!

This is looking down into the yard and the street.
It's amazing to think that this was all jungle a year ago! This is looking down toward the street and the driveway for the other house
This is the front/side of the house it looks just like the other house, except the floor plan is a little modified. Instead of entering the house from this side, the front door is on the other side. The master bedroom is on this side where the playroom is currently on the other house. The kitchen and living room are bigger and the loft is more like another floor with a stairway going up and a bathroom. It has 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The garage is there underneath.
Another view of the house looking at the back wall.
Sparky's workers decided to leave the apartment that he had for them in Anahola and took up residence in this shed. They have an outdoor shower and a fridge and microwave there. It's kind of funny, but it was their idea!
I am so excited to see the finished product. The plans and design are going to be beautiful. I can't wait to go back next year and see it all finished! Sparky worked so hard while we were there and he was back and forth while we were there. He did, however, sneak down to the beach and played with the boys as often as he could. I have a new-found respect for him after being there with him this trip! It's awesome to watch him make his dreams a reality!
Thanks Sparky for dreaming and sharing your dreams with us! It truly was paradise!
