Tonight as we were reading with our children, it was a great experience to listen to Gabe try to relate his own experience to the story about the Brother of Jared in Ether. I love that he is trying to understand and that he is trying to "liken" these stories to his own life. What a wonderful thing to see as a parent. I only hope that he will continue to use the Book of Mormon as a way to receive answers to his life questions and he can be guided during the course of his life. I love that I have received help and comfort from reading the pages of that book when I need the guidance of the spirit in my own life. I'm feeling so much gratitude!
